Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of strategic and workforce plans that serve as near, mid, and long-term roadmaps for meeting statutory responsibilities for licensing and program integrity, and to advise the Commissioner and other senior agency leaders on licensing and program integrity activities under their purview.
• Provide leadership to meet the complex business needs of licensing, program integrity, legal, operations, policy, and data and analytics functions necessary to enable mission achievement.
• Guide effective collaboration with interested parties external to the agency, including legislators, providers, and clients.
• Initiate and manage special studies to evaluate and resolve issues that are critical to agency licensing and program integrity responsibilities.
