Our company’s vision is growth and success—for our company and the rural communities we serve.

Join our more than 780 dedicated employees! You’ll provide oversight of legislative affairs in Minnesota, North Dakota, and South Dakota, monitor energy policy at the federal level, and educate legislators on industry trends and company-related issues. Strong communication and relationship-building skills are vital.

Significant overnight travel is expected and required as you’ll work between Fergus Falls and St. Paul on a regular basis. Selected candidates will be required to complete a pre-interview assessment.
